Jason R. Hull is a shareholder in the firm and practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation and practices construction litigation, negligent security, land use, governmental defense and medical malpractice. He is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S. 1996) and Samford University – Cumberland School of Law (J.D. 2000). While in law school, Mr. Hull was bestowed the honor of ‘Scholar of Merit’ in Business Organizations.

Mr. Hull has represented an assorted group of clients, including corporations, private individuals, and insurance carriers. The focus of his practice has been on litigating premises liability cases, auto accident liability and wrongful death cases, and defending actions under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. Mr. Hull also has extensive experience in representing governmental entities in all matters, having served as an associate City Attorney for the City of Destin and the City of Fort Walton Beach.

Mr. Hull has been practicing law since 2000 and his professional associations include the Florida and St. Petersburg Bar Associations; Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
