Kevin M. Davis is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office, and focuses on insurance defense, including, but not limited to, personal injury and coverage defense. Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Georgia (B.S. 1999), and Stetson College of Law (J.D. 2004), and has more than five years of experience in representing insurance companies and their insureds throughout the state of Florida. Further, Mr. Davis is a Certified Instructor of Continuing Education in Adjuster Law and Policy Courses through the Florida Department of Financial Services, Education Section, and teaches courses to insurance companies both in the state of Florida, as well as throughout the country. Mr. Davis’ seminars include “Maintaining an Ethical Practice,” NBI, Inc., “Preserving Issues for the Appeal,” NBI, Inc., and “Legislative, Procedural and Case Law Update and Forecast, NBI., Inc. Moreover, Mr. Davis’ publications include “The Gravity of Graves,” NBI, Inc. (2008), which concerns the impact of the Grave’s Amendment on Florida’s vicarious liability law. Mr. Davis is also a member of the Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Bar (St. Petersburg, FL), the Hillsborough County Bar (Hillsborough County, FL), the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Claims Association (Jacksonville, FL), Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLE), and Holyrood Lodge (F&AM, No.: 257).
