Mindy Miller is a shareholder in the firm and focuses her practice on insurance bad faith, coverage, professional liability and complex liability cases. She is a graduate of the Florida State University (B.S. 1997) (J.D. 2000). While in law school she excelled as a member of both the Moot Court and Mock Trial Teams. She won the prestigious "Final Four" award which gave her the rare honor of arguing before the Florida Supreme Court. Immediately after law school she began her practice by representing plaintiffs with catastrophic injuries. It was there that she learned the intricacies of Florida bad faith law and complex coverage matters. She has continued to develop her experience by representing insurers in a variety of matters. Mrs. Miller was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and is a member of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
